Give your team more capacity from the technology you already have.
Your systems are live. The next opportunity may be less manual work, clearer information, stronger adoption or a better use of existing capability. We help you identify where improvement will matter and turn it into a manageable programme of work.

Does this sound familiar?
For organisations whose systems are running, but whose teams still carry too much of the work.
Your people are doing the work your systems should.
Re-entering data, checking spreadsheets and chasing updates consume time your team could put to better use. We simplify workflows and automate repeat work, reducing handling errors and giving people more capacity for the work that needs their judgement.
You’ve paid for the technology. Are you getting the value?
The system is live, but the expected benefits may still be out of reach. We uncover unused capability, improve configuration and address adoption barriers, helping you get more from your existing investment before committing to another purchase.
Keeping technology running leaves little time to move it forward.
Day-to-day demands can crowd out strategic decisions. Our fractional CIO support works alongside your existing IT leaders to set priorities, manage vendors and guide investment, while building their capability to lead the next stage of improvement.
A lean head office can support a large organisation.
We work with central teams whose responsibilities extend across sites, services and large frontline workforces. The fit is about the capability and capacity you need, rather than employee count.
Optimise for Value
Post-go-live support
Stabilise operations, resolve issues and reinforce new ways of working through focused hypercare and user feedback.
System and licence optimisation
Review usage, configuration, performance and licence needs to identify better use of existing capability and avoid unnecessary spend.
Process improvement
Examine workflows, simplify hand-offs and reduce repeat work through standardisation, appropriate automation and clear responsibilities.
Analytics and insights
Establish useful measures and reliable data, then turn them into reporting that supports operational and leadership decisions.
Ongoing advisory and fractional CIO
Add senior technology guidance alongside your existing IT leadership. Support decisions on priorities, governance and investment while coaching internal leaders to take on broader responsibilities.
Practical AI and automation
Prioritise repetitive work worth improving. Apply predictable rules through automation and use AI where interpretation adds value, with human review where needed.
Strengthen the people who will carry the work forward.
Your existing IT leaders bring knowledge of the organisation and its day-to-day demands. Our fractional CIO support adds executive experience alongside them, helping connect operational priorities to business direction. Coaching and shared decision-making build their capability to lead future improvements.
What that looks like in real work.
Less time assembling a report. More attention to what it says.
Producing a useful project update means bringing together current activity, budget information and the previous reporting position. Repeating that preparation takes time that could be spent reviewing what needs the client’s attention.
Our approach
KJM built a workflow to retrieve project and timesheet data and assemble consistent reports. Targeted AI helps draft the activity summary, while the consultant reviews and updates it before distribution.
Our reporting process became faster and more consistent while keeping consultants accountable for the final update. Routine preparation is automated; judgement remains with the person who understands the engagement.
Keep the enquiry moving, without repeated data entry.
An enquiry can involve the website, customer records, email, calendars and meetings. When those steps are disconnected, people have to re-enter information and carry the context between systems themselves.
Our approach
KJM built its own relationship application to connect that journey inside Microsoft 365. Enquiry details flow into customer records and follow-up, with calendar and Teams integration supporting the next conversation.
The connected workflow removes re-keying at those hand-offs and keeps the next action visible. This is KJM’s own operational application; the published demonstration uses illustrative data.
What we work towards with you
A prioritised set of improvements tied to operational needs.
Agreed measures, owners and a practical review cycle.
Changes your people can use, support and improve over time.
Start with the work that matters.
Scope and deliverables are agreed around your priorities, the evidence available and the people who need to be involved.
Find the friction
Listen to the team, review usage and follow the work across systems to find where effort accumulates.
Improve deliberately
Choose a useful first change, establish a baseline and address process, configuration or integration as needed.
Review the value
Check what changed for users and operations, then decide what to refine or tackle next.
Independent advice. Clear implications.
We receive no financial incentive for recommending one product over another. We explain trade-offs and consequences so your team can make informed decisions.
Experienced people, supported by the founders.
Senior consultants deliver the work, with founder oversight and hands-on involvement where their skills are needed. We look for efficiencies even when that reduces our billable hours.
Where is your team spending time it could use better?
Start with a recurring task, a system that is not meeting expectations or a priority that needs ongoing technology leadership.
Start where you need us
Some improvements need a fresh direction or a larger change. We can help you decide what comes next, build the case for investment and deliver it with confidence.
